How To Look Good Naked

Did anyone watch this new show? It's got Carson Kressley (from Queer Eye) taking regular women who feel bad about their bodies and helping them think about themselves in a more confident way. The focus is on using what you've got instead of getting a bunch of plastic surgery, lipo, etc. to change your looks.

I thought the first episode was surprisingly touching. I'll watch it again!

I had to look it up -- I was thinking Bravo, but it's actually on Lifetime. Which is surprising because I don't watch a lot of Lifetime in general, but I think this one is good.

I saw the previews... The message does seem positive but it actually bothered me. Think about it, you're stripping for the whole world to see. That just seems gross in my opinion, bad self-image or not. My .02

They don't get naked for the world though. They show the girl in her bra and panties from the neck down. The "nude photo shoot" at the end doesn't show any private bits, the women are covered in all the right spots. I thought it was tastefully done.

I think it's modesty
Everyone has a different threshold for what they think is appropriate. There's nothing wrong with you thinking underwear on TV is inappropriate

They repeat them like mad. You can probably find an old episode playing sometime on Lifetime in the middle of the night or something.
