Recently when i was sitting in the church and saw the face of a man in praise, immediately came to my mind a dream i had at night, where his face was with a white background, it was an image.
This person is working in the same ministry in which I am preparing.

Whenever i dream of people, they have a background of situations. That's why this dream got my attention. Could it be this dream of God? Do you know any experience like this?

Well, it doesn't sound particularly telling. Personally, when i think something might be a sign, but I don't know, I just bank it in my memory and if something comes up that happens to click with it, I know. If not I just leave it in the bank.:D

Since you are asking this question here, I think your only realistic course of action is to pray/ask and keep asking God to reveal its meaning to you. If you get an opinion from a person, it is almost certainly going to be a psychological interpretation, possibly a spiritually-sounding one, but a correct interpretation of a dream from God can only come from God.

Daniel replied, “No wise man, enchanter, magician or diviner can explain to the king the mystery he has asked about, but there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries. He has shown King Nebuchadnezzar what will happen in days to come. Your dream and the visions that passed through your mind as you lay on your bed are these: (Daniel 2:27-28, 1984 NIV)

For this reason anyone who speaks in a tongue should pray that he may interpret what he says. (1 Corinthians 14:13, 1984 NIV)

If you have some reason to believe another person (such as at your church) can interpret your dream, ask them, but I suggest doing so without explaining what was in the dream.

Pray! Ask God that if this is from Him, He will explain it to you.

It may be merely that He has brought this person to your mind because they need prayer, so you could also pray for them - I have sometimes had a dream about someone and found out later that they were in specific need of prayer about something. Twice I have seen in my dream what the 'prayer need' was, but each time, I have just prayed and not acted on it, in case I was wrong. Because speaking about it would have caused harm if I was wrong, but praying for someone will not.

I have had dreams that I believe were from God. Also, strong impressions at times that someone needed prayer. But, in addition to praying, I would try to discern the likely meaning of the dream. I have found God has a way of speaking in our personal language. A couple of the dreams I had probably would have seemed puzzling to anyone else, but the imagery made sense to me, because of past experiences. I no longer discount the idea of God bringing dreams and visions to people, in their personal language to show them something that is just for them. Also, I don't know if this is helpful, but I found that in one case, it was many months before I felt I fully understood what God was trying to say. Sometimes he reveals himself slowly and sometimes all at once. Sorry if this all sounds rather vague, it's very difficult to explain the ways God talks to us.
