How to file bible study topics?

Ok, yet another odd question from me.

I'm collecting bible study papers, workpages and the like so I can have quick reference of them and to help my friends make homeschool studies for their kids. The only problem is how I should divide them up? General topics, in depth, should I put together several binders?

Has anyone else done something like this and how did you file by topic?

One wya you could do it is to give them each a topic title and post them by like-title. Then have a table of contents at the front for easy access.

I make my own Bible Study topics in a very large Excel file. I update it whenever I learn something new.
