She has augmented her body using implants, and she isn't rich, she's trying to teach people how to "bio-hack" themselves and augment themselves without being rich or a scientist. It's really interesting and I recommend checking it out if your interested in this sort of thing. I must warn you though, if you decide to do this, please be careful, it can be extremely dangerous. I really wish this girl would do a lecture at my high school, it would be awesome.
