How should I go about it?

I have a very strong intrest in getting into Broadway. Even if it's not Broadway, some sort of stage career. But the thing is I don't know the first place to start. Does anybody have any advice on where to start?

check your local newspaper for auditions of local musicals, perhaps you can start there, that's what i've been doing for years
