So my mom said to me yesterday, "Your gain some weight". I was happy to hear that because my plan is going strong that I started before I moved out here.
So I started thinking how much I ate. Here it is:
1. Breakfast:It ranges what it is. Lately I have been just getting up and leaving and having a snack or get some grub at McDonalds. Other times it is oatmeal, cereal or eggs. Sometimes a combo.
2. Lunch. Which usually entails chicken wraps, hoogies, subs, ribs, pasta, whatever I'm in the mood for.
3. 2nd Lunch. Which is either, Angus Burger, shrimp, Shrimp Burger and a pitcher of beer (3 beers for all those who freak out about pitchers of beer).
4. Dinner. Which usually ranges from veggies and some type of meat, or pasta.
5. This one isn't a set meal, but sometimes late at night, I need a bowl of cereal.
6. Then also, there's fruit flying around in my eating times as well.
So we're at 6.
