So my mom said to me yesterday, "Your gain some weight". I was happy to hear that because my plan is going strong that I started before I moved out here.

So I started thinking how much I ate. Here it is:
1. Breakfast:It ranges what it is. Lately I have been just getting up and leaving and having a snack or get some grub at McDonalds. Other times it is oatmeal, cereal or eggs. Sometimes a combo.
2. Lunch. Which usually entails chicken wraps, hoogies, subs, ribs, pasta, whatever I'm in the mood for.
3. 2nd Lunch. Which is either, Angus Burger, shrimp, Shrimp Burger and a pitcher of beer (3 beers for all those who freak out about pitchers of beer).
4. Dinner. Which usually ranges from veggies and some type of meat, or pasta.
5. This one isn't a set meal, but sometimes late at night, I need a bowl of cereal.
6. Then also, there's fruit flying around in my eating times as well.
So we're at 6.

What's yours?

Typically 3, sometimes 2, with the occassional snack in-between meals.

A typical day for me would be:

Breakfast: Rice or some other starch with veggies. Occassionally I eat fruit. + Mega B Vitamin,Multivitamin,Lecithin Tablet,Calcium/Magnesium Tablet, Colloidal minerals.

Lunch: Rice or some other starch with veggies. Or beans with veggies

Dinner: Meat or substitute (such as tofu) with veggies

The Vegetables I eat are usually (raw) - Cabbage, broccoli, onion(cooked or raw),tomato(technically a fruit), and occassionally carrot,avocado

2Litres of water throughout day. Currently trying to wean myself from coffee during day, have a couple of cups in the morning.

In between meal snacks is something I need to work on, because they aren't generally good for me. Corn chips, Pretzels, etc. I drink too much beer too(at night after work).

If I deviate and say eat a heavy breakfast early (such as one that contains a fair amount of protein) - I don't usually need to eat more than one other small meal for the day.

Additional Edit: If you want to lose weight fast, eat a ton of cabbage and beans and drink alot of water staying away from just about everything else. Just stay close to a toilet

My eating intake has increased because my cigarette intake has went down around 50 percent of what I used to smoke. I'm not complaining because I love food.

It's sad how good McDonald's Hot Cakes are. I hate McD's, but they have instant, quick pancakes down to a science.

I don't know. I'd say I'm more of a grazer, several small meals a day kind of person, rather than a 3 meals/day. I don't eat red meat, but that's the only dietary restriction I place on myself. I don't get nearly enough calcium, though.

I don't know. I'd say I'm more of a grazer, several small meals a day kind of person, rather than a 3 meals/day. I don't eat red meat, but that's the only dietary restriction I place on myself. I don't get nearly enough calcium, though.

I am the VERY same way.

I don't eat tree nuts. Because of what it does to my trachea and my body I wish I could though because they are a good source of protein and pecans, the only tree nut I can taste before my body freaks out, taste so good. So the only nut I can eat is peanuts and I usually have a nut free diet.

I generally eat 3-6 meals a day, depending on how much time I have, and how strictly I stick to my diet/weight lifting plan... I eat a mostly vegetarian diet - grains, pulses, fruits/vegetables and dairy (no soy though). I do consume some meat/fish, mostly when eating out or at others' homes...

Generally I gear my diet towards maintaining my weight/increasing muscle mass, and I try to consume 3000-4000 calories a day.

I usually eat 2 meals a day. I skip breakfast more often then not and have lunch, usually a sandwich and a yogurt, and then a dinner which ranges from hot dogs to pasta to microwavable dinners or soup. I snack on stuff in the middle of the day usually too.

I eat fairly constantly because I should have about 4-5K calories per day. Really should be above 5K most of the time. When I'm having trouble getting around to eating enough solid volume, I fill in the rest with whole milk. When I've gotten very serious, I've had 7K calories per day including a gallon of milk for an extended period of time.

It varies each day...sometimes 6-7, sometimes 2-3, sometimes none.
