I have a job and a bank account.
I am an EMT. My job isn't going anywhere. My bank account is there to allow me to have my checks deposited. If I lose the bank, it's no big deal as I will find another or just get a paper check.
I honestly have no assets.
You are fooling yourself if you believe you have no assets. Do you have clothing, a car, a chair ? Are you using someone else's computer?
When I think of assets that I can lose because of Covid-19 which is what this thread is about. I am thinking if houses and stocks, etc.
My computer, my clothing, even my computer chair don't add up too much. Most of my clothes are at least a decade old and the others about five years old. I have literally one chair and that is a couple years old and scratched by cats. My computer is newer, but it's paid for. My car is worth some money, but again, paid for.
I am in no real danger of losing any of these things due to Covid-19 as I own them all.
I honestly have no assets.
I'm foreseeing a 15 - 25% longterm loss here.

You claimed to have no assets not to have assets you would not lose. You do have assets but you feel quite safe from ever losing them due to the virus. That is very nice for you and I hope you are correct. Nonetheless your statement
was inaccurate.
Think I want to change that to 15%
Wishful thinking.

Sure, and if I get hit by a car I would be worst off then if I didn't. Neither of those are likely to happen.Being paid doesn't have an effect on you? If you should lose your job you would not be worse off than you are having it?
My best friend lost a half of a million dollars already.
My retirement checks coming in and my wife's retirement checks that will be starting soon are in jeopardy.
Future pricing of grocery stores, restaurants etc are going up because of the CV.
Many businesses are shut down forever.
Many investments -- shot out.
I think you got the idea.
I'm foreseeing a 15 - 25% longterm loss here.

Semantics, really.
Sure, and if I get hit by a car I would be worst off then if I didn't. Neither of those are likely to happen.
The question was how many of my assets will be lost because of Covid and the answer is none. You keep trying to change my answer for reasons I don't understand.Neither is getting the virus likely to happen. Unlikely things happen to people every day.
People seem to want to hand wave away being inaccurate or just plain wrong by claiming it is only semantics.
