A rather interesting turn of events. You remind me of how you sought to make my life miserable when I began posting here a few weeks ago. I wish you had known the word "abusive" then.
I had forgotten that incident until you now accused me of abusing you.Oh, so now we know what your true motives are for posting in this thread.
Where did you learn that principle of American jurisprudence?
Abuse has a particular meaning in CF.Abuser is not too strong a word to use in those cases where they are quite clearly controlled by an abrasive and intrusive impulse simultaneously.
Good advice for some. I don't need it since I have a law degree from a US ABA law-school.Anyway, one cannot sue a judge for discrimination in the performance of their duties. One can, however, seek to have the verdict overturned in a higher court. Now if the judge was known to be discriminatory then one can ask that they recuse themselves based on that--they can also deny your motion! That happened in a recent episode of Law & Order. Kind of providential that I watched it, it seems.
So, it is a little obvious that most people have studied enough of the law to know how to use it or how it is applied. Try watching more Law & Order--very good teacher for those seeking to learn a smattering of the basics.
No, abuse is just plain abuse. Anywhere you go. And to anyone who has ever endured it in any way, shape, or form, its face is unmistakable no matter where it surfaces.Abuse has a particular meaning in CF.

Do you have case law or statutory support for this belief?I still believe there would be grounds for discrimination if it can be proved that a ruling is not consistent with other similar rulings.
Do you have case law or statutory support for this belief?
Not right now, but I have read similar things to what you are bringing up so I do have a little acquaintance with what you are talking about. Tell me, have you ever done it, and done it successfully?
Hi Moriah--No to both questions. I haven't had the pleasure yet--lol. But those links I gave you are about ppl who have and did WIN.
There are two recent cases that went to the jury and the defendant WON against the IRS, simply on the grounds of 'SHOW ME THE LAW'. There IS NO federal income tax law for individuals. It's a scam. The real income tax is for CORPORATIONS--and then it's on their profits.
Ron Paul, a Republican candidate for President is promising to do away with the federal tax law if he is elected. I LOVE Ron Paul, but he is mistaken when he says he will try to repeal the 16th amendment. The problem is, that the 16th amendment was NEVER RATIFIED by Congress--so actually--it never was a 'law'. Go to 'youtube' and then type in 'show me the law'--then click on ...David VonKleist Show Me The Law. It's a really cool song.
Then read this...scroll to the bottom of the page for more stories. America IS starting the income tax revolution. The internet is doing what the major media outlets are PAID not to tell you.

So in other words ... you're pumped up with inordinate zeal over something you cannot even attest to the veracity of, because you have no firsthand experience with it. Am I understanding correctly here?
How do you figure, exactly? Sincere question, not bait or bicker.Because one hasn't experienced what is recommended, that doesn't make that recommendation invalid.
Which leads me to feel that He just doesn't care.
How about this one...
I just got a phone call from a person that moved our stuff into our home. We were charged for four hours. Now he is trying to tell us that there was a minimum charge for six hours. He now wants us to pay him $200.00 or he has threatened to sue us.
My life just sucks!
What lesson have I learned in suffering?
If you do what God says He lets people hurt you. If you don't do what He says He punishes you.
How could I believe God loves me? I feel like God hates me, that He has cursed me. I can never do enough to please God. My life has always been about suffering.
God, when will you prove me wrong?
