Hi everyone It has been a month for me I'm praying God will continually heal me from this and I pray right know for everyone who SI that God will deliver us from this! Congrats on your month! Awesome accomplishment.

Ths evening will be 20 days for me. Lots of anxiety, panic and other triggers, but I'm staying strong and hanging in there.

Lots of strength and best wishes for everyone else fighting back the urges.

Today makes 28 days for me. I'd gone four months but slipped up several times last month. But God is good, He's helping me. And I am so thankful for the support here!

Sometime in June for me. However, I'm really free of the compulsion. I let myself slide into the horrible cycle of depression when I lost a close friend (all is well between us now!) and it seemed like the only thing left! Of course, I finally got so desperate I made an appointment to see my psychiatrist the next day, and in that 24 hours, just thinking about the appointment reminded me of all the successful coping strategies we had built together.

I imagine I'll always be one to relapse as I'm rather compulsive in all of life, but each time it's less and less difficult to resist and more and more removed from the last!

A few months! I haven't cut in a couple years, but I still SIed at times in other ways. Haven't done it at all for awhile now though. I doubt I am completely "cured" (time will tell), but I have found great solace in journal writing. It's helped a lot for me.
