How long have you been TTC?

We started trying for our first in October last year - we fell pregnant straight away but we miscarried in February.

Now we're trying again. But it's taking longer this time around - I'm assuming it's because my body needs time to heal. Though I am scared because after I was born my mother had a miscarriage at 12 weeks and after that was never able to carry another child to term. I'm really hoping that miscarrying our first does not mean the end of our fertility.

I don't know if it helps, but my mother had 2 miscarriages between my brother and I - and obviously, went on to have my bro, and my sister! My SIL also had 2 miscarriages, and 2 healthy children. I also know 3 women who have had very late still births, and went on to have healthy babies. Don't know if that helps, but please don't panic yet!

We're entering our 4 or 5th month of TTC; I haven't been that careful about keeping count - yet. Once the move is out of the way, i am sure I will become much more obsessive! I just have too much else going on right now.
