Hi everyone, in my life I have been supported by God’s Holy Spirit when I have been overwhelmed. This can be a feature of autism, but anyone can become overwhelmed. For me this was not due to my own actions, but someone who decided to cause this. God was on my side as Psalm 37 tells us it is true, God is on the side of those who are afflicted.
How has God supported you?
For some time I could sense his render of help from his Holy sanctuary by using the Holy Spirit to calm my senses when I was overwhelmed. This presence calmed me and brought me back to stability.
I quietly thanked God for giving me help when this happened to me. I wrote about this many years ago about a vision I saw about the Divine Essence in Heaven where this comes from. Psalms 104 " Bless the Lord , O my soul, O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with majesty. Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain."
I see this as being like a weightless (weighted) blanket sheet of energy source around those who are in great affliction when used for this purpose of calming those when overwhelmed. God can comfort them through the Holy Spirit. I have a weighted blanket at home which helps me as well, but God's spirit that is weightless is unrivalled in this job of supporting those when truly overwhelmed.
What does this show, this shows that God can support those with autism who he chooses to and that he created those who are neurodiverse as well as Psalm 139 supports. God created us all and knitted us at the helm. He is the God of all and he can bless us all and can do anything he wishes for his own purposes and that includes choosing to manage some people to. God's power is not limited by human beings.
God created me and my condition is not given by the devil or an spiritual attack. However, some people may choose to attack some people because of this, but that is something else and this can lead to mind games and in a post on this forum I addressed this topic as well.

There are other ways God has supported like forgiving me my sins and the Son of God gave me healing to without asking him with a free spirit as well. (Psalm 51). God has stayed by me and not forsaken me, but has been a righteous father and I do my best to be obedient to God as well, and it hurts me to be overwhelmed as well as things can happen which you wouldn’t want. They have been a friend as well to me and they all have very many good qualities.
