do we work with cf angels to find abonded pets or moderatorsof boards or do we search threw out the fotums to find hungry babies meaning pets

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

We have 3 teams here, Love, Hope and Faith. (Named just for fun and to keep us organized
)
We've found we need so many teams because EVERY living CF pet is listed between these team's pet lists.
Our CFAngels, Rescuers, Worker's, and other members not needing or wanting one of these other accounts, work with their assigned list within their asssigned team. Also, there are captains designated to these teams to keep them running smoothly.
Each list is looked on by a worker At Least every other day, to ensure the pets are being fed by their owner, and fed a bit til the owner returns and takes up feeding again if the pet is Hungry. We are not owners, just watchers and helpers when needed.
One of the responsibilities of the captains, is to ensure that each of the pet's on their team has not been abandoned by it's owner. We check this by, after clicking on the pet, clicking on the 'Owner" which will bring you to their HomePage. If an owner has not been on-line for 30 days, (you can find this on that page-Last activity-under owner's stats) that pet is then considered Abandoned and is marked with an A on these lists. (Worker should be keeping that pet fed full when they check their list) Also, for a security measure, as there now is no owner here, we place that pet it our Abandoned Room Care area where workers and the public can feed and visit them.
