how do I reply to posts or to members

hola. I am familiar with ncaabbs.com which is for sports minded people like myself and has individual places for teams to respond to on blogs for alumni like me in my case NIU football, class of 1974. But how it is done here I dont know if someone could please tell me how to get started here as I only joined today and am eager to talk to people and discuss matters of faith and important things. In Argentina mostly all spanish speaking and not yet fluent in the spanish language I cannot talk to anyone for anything really that matters. And I go to church every sunday here but must admit cant understand much at all when the priest is delivering his homily. So once again eager to get started talking to people on here and sharing my mind and thoughts with others since as of now it appears I lack the "privliges to post anything" at this time Dave
