  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have an iPhone 4S and I've been downloading several games, but when I delete them from the iPhone, data is still there. In other words if I were to go back into the app store and download the game again, I'd get back on the same level. This uses up a LOT of my space in the phone, so how do I COMPLETELY delete games?

Things to know:

1. I do NOT have game center signed up I never did
2. I do NOT have iCloud, I never did. Although when I go back into the app store on my iPhone and look for a game I got and later deleted, there's a little cloud there instead of the price of the app/game. Should that be there?
3. Don't give me any "well, deleting it from the iphone should delete all the data" cause obviously it doesn't.

Help please!

I suspect you are using iCloud and are just not aware of it.
Go to settings >> General >> Usage >> Under iCloud click manage Storage
If your game is listed under documents and data then the game's save data is being stored on your iCloud. If you wish to remove this. Click on game, then hit edit and remove. Note these files are very small. The iCloud features unlimited free storage for anything you purchase through the iTunes Store. This means all apps, music, videos.. Etc you purchase via iTunes is readily availiable to redownload at any time.
