With atmosphere, line of sight, refraction, the capabilities of the human eye and range of sight equipment, hills land etc. On the flat ocean or lake I have documented, verified visual proof that there is NO CURVATURE. You will ignore it because that's not what you're looking for. All Nasa or Hubble needs to do is take a REAL picture of the "globe" earth. You don't find it curious that we don't have an unedited picture or image that show us where we live? With all of our expertise and technology?

Go out to the country side and camp out under stars and on any given clear night if you're patient and look long enough, you should see at least one or two, maybe more. Even light pollution isn't always a limiting factor. I've seen one in the sky here over LA once when I just happened to be looking in the right direction at the right time.They're "falling stars" - everyone knows that.
