• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I think we will jump for joy when we understand we are accepted by Jesus and totally forgiven and loved tenderly,
once we understand this fully, I think we will rejoice with overflowing joy and gratitude and love Jesus with all our, heart, soul and mind, and Jesus knows this.
Therefore He welcomes us like the prodigal son.He who is forgiven much loveth much.Jesus knows our hearts. We love Jesus because He first loved us.
When we get it into our minds and spirits that Jesus came to heal the broken hearted and set at liberty them that are bruised , and that a broken reed he will not crush and a smoking flax He will not snuff out.

One we understand the incredible power of our gentle Master to keep us safe and cleanse us in His own blood faithfully. That is ;Jesus strong desire to do this for us.We would feel so much more free with Jesus.

Jesus said He is meek and lowly in heart and we shall find rest for our souls.Jesus is our Wonderful Counsellor and the Prince of Peace.

When we understand how precious His thoughts are toward us to give us a future and a hope. That He is our High Priest who is touched by our infirmities. How many of us will feel protected and cared for and safe.

Since Jesus knows how very much we long to be close to Him and our inner hearts desire to serve Him,How could He ever reject us or abandon us or refuse to forgive us?
Jesus knows what our response to being forgiven is. Once we know we are forgiven without doubt we rejoice ,with love and joy and peace and bow in worship and gladly submit.
Those of us who have been forgiven much after thinking we were unforgiven , know what a gift we have received and Jesus knows this.
He will never cast us out.
We know How much He will welcome us to Him with open hearts.
