Yet these farmers fisherman and tax collectors wrote the bible, a work of literature penned better than the work of all other known great authors...That in itself should LOCK in the fact for you that these writings are divinely inspired!

You mean a work that heavily plagiarized other previous works, contains a multitude of errors that any decent editor would have taken issue with, presents various conflicting views of the two main characters (God and Christ, namely) and makes only mildly creative use of symbolic meaning? The only way to know for sure is to ask God. Jesus personally told me the Christian Bible is his written word.Every Christian says that the Bible is inspired by the Holy Spirit.

I meant the original text.aaaaah....only the Holy Spirit could have enlightened you thus.
It is not a case of weather the Bible is infallible, it is weather you have a correct translation.
God is not a liar and never contradicts himself, do you have a Bible that never on a single occasion contradicts itself ?
If you have, then you do not neccesarily have an infalible Bible...as there are those who read and do not understand because understanding has not been granted to them....yet.....but you will have an inspired translation, that never contradicts itself, because God never contradicts himself.

It is inspired translation...just bear in mind...that you may not understand all of it.
