How are You Feeling Today?

(saw this in the depression room and felt jealous and that we needed it over here. they just post random feelings of the day.)

So, how are you feeling today?

oh, and in case you are wondering, well, pretty energetic for 7 am. and I'm not a morning person. (reaches for different bottle of pills for stronger consideration option)

started going mildly manic and lost it in the car flying through town and lights. finally pulled over and walked. handed keys over. home again. stuff can't write here, but we talked about and that's ok. we listened to the radio and took some groceries home. ribs, neckbones, fresh brats, chicken thighs. usually when I get a mild manic I stay safe and alive nothing bad happens even if I get a little wild. But I remember a day my car was spinning and I had one of my favorite hard rock songs playing, Round and Round by Ratt. I still get a laugh out of that. Just chillin with a tobasco bloody mary. maybe watch les mis. or read a new kids book I got on anxiety.

hope that's a virgin "bloody mary". idk but drinking any amt. of alcohol causes serious problems for me, w/ Bipolar. I used to be able to do it when I was younger, but as I get older I can't tolerate it at all. I used to really enjoy a glass of red wine while cooking dinner. Through time I found I couldn't even do that. It would cause me to go manic, waking up in the middle of the night with racing thoughts, panic attack, and would go into a deep depression for almost a week following.
Looking at your posts sounds like you take meds...but how do you think they are working for you? You seem to be a little manic....just sayin....

btw...and answer to your question. I'm feeling pretty neutral today. The med I started abt. a month ago really has changed my life.
