Hot Hot Heat

I first heard hot hot heats song goodnight, goodnight and didnt really like it, but i heard there new single middle of nowhere and love it. This caused me to check out amazon.com and listen to there cd called elevator and i want it really bad. Is there anyone else that is becoming addicted to HHH as I am?

Worst band ever. Even their look equals the obnoxiousness of their cringe-inducing squelch. Words can not express how much I hate this annoying group of 'Kinks' wanna-be's. It's emo for people not shallow enough to be emo. It's just bad music. This is perhaps HHH's only ironically redeeming quality. I was thinking about starting a thread about how much I loathe this group but I simply couldn't describe how much they suck, so I'm glad you beat me to it.

I like them, I don't think they are the most hateable group out there to be honest...but each to their own I guess.

I like the organ type instrument they use, it's become their sort of trademark. I like Middle Of Nowhere too.

I like the recent album, it got ok ratings, maybe *** stars out of *****

They don't sound a thing like the Kinks. They sound more like Joe Jackson/Elvis Costello. Their new stuff isn't as catchy as their debut. They have some good songs. They aren't earth-shatteringly brilliant, but I'd sooner listen to them than most of the rubbish we have to put up with.

I wholeheartedly agree with every statement in this post. To each his/her own, but I had the misfortune of seeing one of their music videos the other day and I vomited blood. True story.
