Do Lutherans observe Holy days of obligation?
Most LCMS congregations will have a related sermon on such days or saints whose days are built into the lectionary, but it isn't viewed as having to be obliged to them, it's just something that's already present. Frankly, there's too many dates or saints commemorated to name them all.

All Saints Eve (Reformation Day), All Saints Day, Holy Trinity, Maundy Thursday, Christmas Day, Easter, Day of Ascension, Passover, Pentecost, Palm Sunday, Transfiguration Day, and etc...
