Hmmm. I STILL can't figure out how to search for a thread! Can somebody help me or am I to assume that searching on CF by key word or by a user name is still impossible?

Can we bring this to the attention of the guy running the show?

It's probably disabled because everytime you run a search on the forum, it puts a load on the database and if everyone was able to do that, it would probably slow the forums down. That's probably why there is a Google search for those who are not Site Supporters, so that it uses the computing power of Google's servers instead of CF's servers. The Lord is my banner said:You can use "Own Posts" or "Subscribed Threads" for that.
I think the own post one is yet to be put back online though, i get an error message.
Have you tried searching for the thread the way I suggested?
Is probinson right that you need to be a supporter?![]()
If you post or PM the title I'll search for you, but I can't see why you wouldn't be allowed to access that function.![]()
God bless, love Sue
