Hip hop dancing, right or wrong?

I think its right even in the christian atmosphere as long as you don't do anything inappropriate in your routines!!

I love to dance, and im a Christian hip hop Dance Choreographer!! Check me out and follow me on twitter if you like..

The first video on there im just playing around and it wasn't a christian song, but all my other video's are groups I choreographed for christian competitions!!! Enjoy and tell me whatcha think!!

I think Hip Hop gets a really bad rap. Hip Hop is not a style of music or the way someone dresses, but a fad. A lot of hip hp rappers use vial launguge in their songs which helps create this misconception that hip hop is bad.

I know a few hip hop rappers who know and love God as much as anyone. And even rap about Him in their songs. So, to dance to something like that should not be a problem. I even workout to Gospel Hip Hop music everyday. So, am I wrong for that?

I think not

I think hip hop is a fantastic form of dance and isn't wrong as long as our hearts are in the right place. Same with any kind of dance, accept for stripping or pole dancing, of course.

Also, the videos you posted, the choreography is alright, but the dancers themselves were sloppy. I could hardly tell what many of the moves were supposed to be. As a hip hop/lyrical dancer/choreographer and cheer choreographer myself, one thing that is key to any style of dance is hitting the moves hard. Even in ballet, when everything flows, you have to hit your moves hard. It's what makes the moves look effortless. Your choreography wasn't what I'd call hip-hop, but that could have been because the kids weren't in sync, and didn't really hit the moves hard.
