Hey everyone! I'm new to this forum.
And by the way, don't try to convert me. I'm an atheist.
Got a problem with that, Christians?

Unfortunately, you don't know it, but you are the one who has got a huge problem. It's called Hell. And you have a major attitude too. When you come to a Christian forum, expect to hear about Jesus and His saving love...it's part of the deal.

I don't mind hearing about hearing Jesus and His saving love. Not at all. In fact, I heard it for all of my life. I actually even believed in it, until this year. I was even born again and then baptized.
To make a long story short, this year, I woke up, and realized that it was all nonsense, and there is no God.

So yeah, I don't mind hearing the Gospel again from you guys. It's just that no matter what you do, I'm not gonna believe that nonsense.

And sorry for my attitude. I'll try to keep it under control.

Welcome friend. And as for your comment that you'll never believe, that's in God's hands and it always will be. You don't draw yourself to God, He draws you to Himself.

Okay, firstly, welcome fellow newcomer
Secondly...I don't think any of us should have a problem with what you do or don't believe. If I am correct, one of the things that Christ taught more than anything was this:
Tolerance.
We should be accepting of anyone's beliefs. Try to get them back, sure, but if they aren't budging, you're doing more harm than good by pressing further. Like Sister said, people don't come to God, He brings them to Him.

One day old Frederick saw a mule being beaten. He cracked like an egg. I think by denying God he had died inside to his own humanity. It was too much to bear seeing that mule being beaten. It was much easier to hold to a view that was anti-God. But to deny your own heart, needs, and soul is a completely different matter. You can intellectually deceive yourself for a while but forever? You are no superman. I doubt it really. Perhaps that's why you stopped by.
