I was raised Christian but apostated early in life until the mid-70s. My apostasy was over certain theological issues I did not find to be properly reconciled. My full conversion with a spiritual death and rebirth (at least it felt that way) was in 1980. I spent years on systematic theology while I solidified my acceptance of most things in the Christian pov.

While I am accepting of creeds that defend the Trinity and Jesus as our only saviour, I am still at odds with the orthodox explanations of our creation and our fall, finding them inadequate.

To be upfront I accept the pov that people were all created in heaven before the creation of the physical world which we all witnessed. This theology is call Pre-Conception Existence (PCE) Theology and all its main formations are strictly bible based though with an unorthodox interpretation of the verse meanings. Sometimes it is called pre-existence but that is both impossible (nothing can exist before it exists) and vastly inadequate to the theology.

I like a dialectic rather than a debate. I offer my pov to those interested in understanding it but I'm not seeking converts. Since these ideas are extra to salvation, my commitment to them is only because I feel they support the glory of GOD in a better way. I look forward to our conversations,

Some Calvinists were here. They suggested a person’s fate was determined before he/she was born. Others argued people have a choice as to what they will do, for God or against God. These are described as free will Christians.
