I'm Jenny, I have been self harming on and off for a few years now. It has been 2 weeks since I last cut and still trying not to give in!

You make it sound like it's a chore for us to say hi to you. It's good you've gone two weeks without Si'ing, keep at it! Remember, you might fall, but never fail. Stay strong, and even if you slip up, you always have a second chance.

Hey jenny, let us know how you're doing...if you haven't slipped up, it'll have been about a month since you SI'd...so check in an let us know if you need some more encouragement or hugs or anything!

I had open heart surgery in February, and still crave cigarettes...though I have not had one since January 1, 2008 .... a daily process ...
