When my ex fiance proposed to me he said that I changed him for the better. He said it was because of my love for God.

But here is my thoughts...

I cannot change anyone. I can only plant seeds that can be watered and grow. I am just a vessel for God to work through, so I will never take any credit for changing anyones life, not even my own.

The bible does not clearly state where the wives of Cain and Seth came from. In Genesis 5:3 it says Adam became father to another son named Seth and then, in the following verse, we read: “He became father to sons and daughters.” (Genesis 5:4) So Cain could have married one of his sisters, that weren't mentioned, or even one of his nieces.

To me submitting to my husband means doing what he asks, as long as it lines up with the Word of God and God's plans.

Yes I believe in the Father Son and Holy Ghost. Without it, there would not be completion.

I agree that women should be allowed to preach and pastor. The Lord speaks through everyone, men, women and children.

If the women has the right heart and intentions, and is following the plan of he Lord, then yes I would vote for a woman to be leader of my country.

Does the Bible say that Adam and Eve were the only humans God created? Or, were they just the first? Also... Why would God create the first people in such a way that they would have to break His law to reproduce? Incest is a sin....

Leviticus 20:17
And if a man shall take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their people: he hath uncovered his sister's nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.


Also.. We know that God sent Cain away to a city after he killed Able. You cannot have a city without people. Where did the people come from?

I did not this for a debate.

I was under the understanding that this posting was for others to get to know me, and not to see how well I know my scriptures.

I am not prepared to debate this issue, nor do I want to, it is an area that I am not studied up in. My answers will not help you to get to know me better as a person.

Maybe you should take them to another area of the forum, maybe the non-denominational room, they love to debate issues like that.

actually for those who are Catholic The Book Of Jubilees states the following.....


"Cain settled down, marrying his sister, Awan, resulting in his first son, Enoch , approximately 196 years after the creation of Adam. Cain then established the first city, naming it after his son, built a house, and lived there until it collapsed on him, killing him in the same year that Adam died."

Here is another passage from the Book of Numbers where God commands Moses to tell the 5 daughters of Zelophehad to marry within their family which most of us today consider incest.

"Then at the Lord's command Moses gave this order to the Israelites: 'What the tribe of the descendants of Joseph is saying is right. This is what the Lord commands for Zelophehad's daughters: They may marry anyone they please as long as they marry within the tribal clan of their father. No inheritance in Israel is to pass from tribe to tribe, for every Israelite shall keep the tribal land inherited from his forefathers. Every daughter who inherits land in any Israelite tribe must marry someone in her father's tribal clan, so that every Israelite will possess the inheritance of his fathers. I believe that the Lord didn't forbid what we consider incest until many generations after Adam and Eve for it was Moses that he told to relay the message if you will. Until that point who is to say humans knew that it was wrong ??

Luz a Naciones: Light to the Nations: This is a charity that I was involved in for years, and believe that the man in charge is doing an awesome job in the Dominican Republic helping children get an education and showing them the Love of Christ.
○ How does your faith instruct your daily life? My faith helps me get through my days at work, without confrontation. And allows me to be thankful for all trials that I am faced with.
◘ If you were a book, what genre would you be and why do you think so? I would be a book of comedy. I love to laugh, and love to make others laugh. Laughter is good medicine.

◘ When you look at others what to you see? Depends on who it is. Sometimes I see God written all over them, and sometimes I see someone crying for help, which leads me to pray a quick prayer.
○ When others look at you, do you think they see Christ in you? I have been told that I have a different glow about me. But I know at times I fail, and there is no glow.

○ Who does God want you to be that you have not been, and what does God want you to do that you have not done? God wants me to be 100% his, unwaivering, I fail alot. I believe God wants me to go to the Nations with HIs message, which i have not even left North America.

I usually give of myself to others before thinking of myself and how it will affect me. If you won $1,000,000 what would you do with it? Not much for myself, I am a very simple person. Might try and start my own business, always wanted to run a Christian Cafe/Bookstore. Would share with family.

What are your thoughts on the state of public schools? I don't know much about the public school system here in Canada, so I can't really comment.

What are your thoughts on private schools? The private schools in Canada are dwindling. I know of 3 closures in my area alone. My mom works for a private Christian school, and I find the students to be very well educated.

What are you thoughts on homeschooling? I think homeschooling is ok. The kids may miss out on the social aspect.

What are your three main sources of news? (be specific, don't say tv - say what network, don't say newspaper - say what newspaper, don't say internet - say what site....) Word of mouth mostly. Don't watch TV news it's too depressing. Canada.com for my internet news. Only part of the newspaper I do is the puzzle section.
