Hey can we compare notes? What are you going to miss about being thirty?

Hi there,

Aspirations are way important to God, not because He regards them any differently to anything else, but because He knows that without them, we are not very different from one another (a bad thing).

I'm curious, what are you going to miss about your thirties? What are you aspiring to hold on to for as long as possible?

I think I feel settled. I think once I am 40 and older, I will wish I had more time to be settled like I am now. That's just a gut feeling I get.

I will keep it short and sweet, what are yours?

It's something to do with what you thought would make you "young" when you realized your "strength" was not completely strong (like you thought it was, until you stopped growing at 17 - scientific estimation).

To my mind, that is maturity. And as I was saying "I think maturity makes me settled, but it won't last" (which I think because I know my strength didn't, either, back then)
