Romans 8:26​

Phllipians 4:18 A wonderful coping technique when my thoughts or feelings are overwhelming

Psalms 147:18 The Lord is near to all who call upon Him
A wonderful promise when all I can do is say "Help, Jesus, Help!!!"

Psalms 147:3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

I have gotten my ministry ideas from Isiaih 58-too long to type out here.

I have already gained so much comfort and joy from checking into this thread each day and reading over these comforting words and promises from God's word!!!! You guys are so incredible. i know this thread will become a comfort to me during the ups and downs of my life, for whatever reason they come.

Than you so much meh for posting this verse!!! I has been one of my favorites since about age 12 or 13. It is one of the hardest things for me to practice however, being a type A personality!!! It is amazing how I know that prayer is communication with God, but how often I make it a one way conversation and don't really take the time to listen to GOD!!!!

I can do all things thru Christ who strengthens me and When I am weak you are strong are biblical truths going thru my mind today as I have to drive 120 miles to and froma surgery appt today (big decision btw-afraid to miss those med doses) and it snowed 1-2 inches last noc , a rarity in Oregon and I do not do snow!!! Couldn't sleep last no was awake from 2:30-4:30 so if you think of it pray for me today. i pray for God's safety and blessing s as part of the trip is to get about 100 loaves of bread to give away to the poor in our community on my return to town, which btw will involve more driving tho I hope the snow is gone by then. But the snow is coming down more right now!!! Going in faith!!1

I am suffering the mood stuff today and honestly it is because I am worn out and having to face the spiritual attacks because of guilt for my big mouth that blurted a lot of junk because my meds were not correct. I hate this disorder! But God is talking to me and helping me through today because I am so depressed it is not even funny. I am focusing on my son and I think I am going to take a much needed nap with three year old son today. I understand now that not enough rest can make you funky.....I love you all and I am hanging in there on the monkey tree with ya too...thank you for listening......This will pass
