Relax and just be yourself, but most importantly, make sure your heart is in the right place, and that you are going to sing for and to God and to help the congregation sing. For no other selfful reasons.
I too sing in our church PB and we are always on guard the we are up there to do God's will, not our own.
Probably the most important thing to do is pray about it!
