Pray for her salvation, and when possible, try to share the gospels with her.

Love her and try to set a good example, but don't be self-righteous about it. People can tell whether or not you're being sincere.
Also, why do you think she's going to Hell? You don't have to give any kind of details, but I know that I've been condemned to Hell by many well-meaning people who, frankly, don't have the authority to send me there. I know that most of them, at least, they were honestly concerned and wanted to help me repent and be saved. What they didn't understand is that I really am trying to follow the Lord, and they just interpret what that means differently than I do.

It is not for us to judge who is going to Hell and who is not, that is only to be judged by one person and that is God himself.
What I would do however is to pray for her, share scriptures with her, preach the gospel, and show her the good that the Lord can do for you, I use to blaspheme the Lord and I had everything taken away from me, and with the Lord now I feel everything is possible. Make her see the Good News is true, and we all can truly have Eternal Life with God in Heaven!

I am blessed that both my brother and sister are Christians, and while it is true that only God knows the heart, it should be clear from their actions whether they have a genuine faith in Christ:
No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. Each tree is recognized by its own fruit. People do not pick figs from thornbushes, or grapes from briers. The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For out of the overflow of his heart his mouth speaks." - Luke 6:43-45
Likewise, your faith will be seen in your actions and while you should take any opportunities God gives you to speak about it, do not force the issue. My dad's sister never showed any interest in God and lived a wild life but was converted in her late 50s! Trust God.
