i need some help right now i mean right now im feeling like i could just go insane i really do i feel like just stabbing and hurting myself im not gonna do it i just really need someone to talk to me. help me please

I would strongly recommend getting in touch with your doctor. I know these feelings and for me they are often a sign of mania and a need to adjust my medication control.

After medications helped me get them under control, then I was able to begin to look for triggers and self management tools that have lessened the frequency.

Call you mental health professional and see what can be done to help you! And keep in touch here!

Prayers for you to quickly come to a stable place and strengthening of your ability to fight these feelings and thoughts!

Yes this is how my hypomania manifests sometimes and except in my case the one I want to hurt is myself.

I pray that the Lord will encamp His angels over you and keep you from harm. I have never wanted to hurt myself by stabbing myself, but I have tried to jump out windows in the state of mania. You see the enemy truly wanted to destroy me, but God has a purpose for my life and spared me. He sent my husband to intervene and yes I was hospitalized until I regained some kind of stability.

I pray that you will call your doctor and get the medications that you need in order to create balance. Do you know that healing comes in different forms? I know the Father made a way to become stable with my emotions and that is a miracle.

I am asking right now for a miracle. Father I ask that you will help your child at this very moment. Give your child a stable mind. Strengthen their mind and give them wisdom in this situation. Father I pray that you will send someone to intervene and help your child get to the doctor and to give them hope and encouragement. Lord I pray that someone will wrap their arms around your child and show them love. Father the same love that you give us each and everyday. Jesus, I thank you that your child is right now asking for help and that many on this board are intervening in the spiritual realm, I pray that it will manifest itself in the physical.
