Help Me Write A Rap Song

Hi guys,

I really need help writing a rap song. I'm pretty stumped as I mostly listen to metal and rock so I don't really have much inspiration. I've written some parts but I feel it's a bit sub-standard for a rap song.

Basically it needs to be about respect and responsibility.

The key words that must be in it are respectful, responsible and learner.

Any help will be appreciated

Well, if you want it to be like mainstream rap, the words have nothing to do with it. Neither does the music, as it is mostly A) the same line over and over, or B) it is childish attempts at good lines.

I really don't get mainstream rap. But this is Christian rap, so words do have everything to do with it, and so does music. Maybe you should write some basic bass lines, drum beats, et cetera, and then see of that brings up some inspiration. If you need a free sound generator, you can download FL Studio for free. But I am no poet, so I can't really help you there. What kind of rap were you going for? There's a lot to choose from....
