Hi everyone,
I'm Fred. I have returned to the church just 3 years ago after a long absence. I was raised Roman Catholic and stopped attending in my teenage years, both out of lack of time with HS and College and questioning faith. But, years later, I have found a local United Methodist Church that I felt comfortable with. In the years in between (and still do) I have been a volunteer EMT and work in the IT field. After some experiences on calls that made me want to deepen my relationship with God, I was seeking a church to attend. I decided when I was doing a standby at our town's Cross Walk and heard the pastor talking about wanting to get all of the churches in town to work together to improve the town and hopefully bring more people to Jesus. That working together part resonated with me and I decided to attend his church.
