Hi, everyone. I was raised in paganism but have pretty much always considered myself a Christian (literally from my earliest memories, He was there). I said His Name, to the surprised confusion of those around me, who let me know It wasn't welcome, when I was three. I crossed myself for the first time when I was thirteen, at Notre Dame in Paris, though at the time I didn't suspect I'd end up a Catholic. I know I'm here for the Sacraments, and they're what keeps me in the Church, but my heart still breaks and longs for my non-denominational/Protestant first experiences of Christianity. I was Baptized six years ago, and it's probably been the rockiest six years of my spiritual journey. I'm an adult student now, and hoping to go to a Christian university for grad school, if I end up actually going. Baylor's my top choice.
Well, I guess that's all. I never know what to say in introductions, but I'm glad I found this place. I hope we all find support and Light here for our journeys.
