In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

hey all, my name is Preston (Rawrr).

I love the whole emo scene. I hope no one on here makes fun of me for it.

I love emo/screamo/metalcore bands. my favorite band is The Devil Wears Prada.

I'm a music geek btw, it's my passion, my calling if you will, I plan to go into it as a job. Like it or not.

I have some problems, I was told to come here by a friend, you see, I have a depression/cutting issue. I hope you all can help me.

I hope I can be friends with you all :)

I love music too! I enjoy writing songs, play guitar and piano, putting poems to music, etc. I want to major in Music Education . . . if only the School of Music would accept me. Haha!

I'm sorry to hear about your depression and cutting. :hug: If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here for you! Even if you just want to chat! :cool:
