• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

Daisy, please don't get discouraged here!! I am sorry you didn't get a reply. People do come to this board. But sometimes it is more quiet than at other times. Sometimes there is a hot topic going on elsewhere and they go there.
Personally I might spend a whole week just doing things with my pet and other pets and neglect to go to alot of areas.
CF is a large site with so many options that sometimes a post just gets lost.
I read your other post and I just want to say...if you quit already...rejoice. Really, so many find it hard or impossible and can't make it past the first day...including me. Its certainly not a time for thinking of not living or going mad. NO. It is a time to celebrate God.
I quit one time for 4 years and I know the urge will always come around. But during those times, I was reminded of why I quit in the first place.
I don't mean to make light of it all...but you need to be praying for us as one that has already overcame!!!
Now, I'm sure you will get advice better than mines and that is good, but honey I am rejoicing for you.
