Hi-this is 20misti05 (misti for short). I'm relatively new here, but as I have clinical depression, I thought I'd make use of this board. Here's a little bit about myself...
I'm 17 (though almost 18!), and I'm a senior in high school. I've been clinically depressed for about 8 or 9 years, though it wasn't formally diagnosed until about 3 years ago. I also have high anxiety and I self-injure.
Okay...my time's up. Gotta run!

Hey Misti, I'm Ryan. Well, hmmm...I remember what it was like for me to be 17/18 years of age...it was NOT easy. There were challenges in my face that I didn't want to put up with...and in some ways, I tried to look for a way out. I think that was just God's way of expressing Himself through me. One great word of advice would be to "Stay in School!" I think that's the most important thing of all...besides God of course. Anyways, can't write much more...take care and keep posting!
