I'm not really sure what I'm looking for, but I've been looking for it for a while.
I was raised Christian by my dad, became a vehement atheist for about 9 years, and came back to Christianity a few years ago. I've had too many coincidences and life changing experiences to not know for myself that God is real. I feel tired of being afraid to say I'm Christian and getting mocked for "stupid beliefs", or worse. I need somewhere I can feel comfortable about my beliefs, and be around people who put good out into the world, and become a better Christian. Have a calmer mind, strengthen my relationship with God, seek advice from good people, and all that good stuff. So hello! I hope I can learn a lot here.

Welcome. You are wise. We were never intended to stand alone, except in very rare circumstances. I was pretty much the sole Christian for much of my time on a warship, where I was saved. The man who led me to the Lord left the ship soon after. I learned a great lesson. Any contact with born again believers is better than none, no matter what their denomination. You will find all kinds of advice here. Mine is "eat the meat and spit out the bones".

Welcome I hope you find friendly believers here that help you to foster your spiritual strength Jesus truly does so many small miracles on a daily basis that unless you're only looking for someone walking on water or the red sea splitting you can't miss them.

I agree with you that there are too many things in life that cannot be explained by coincidence to not come to the realization that Jesus is with us every step of the way

hello, i hope you get good replies and get christian guidance when needed. that's the nature of this site...though i'm not a christian myself. i am not like the usual christian because, well i'm not a christian because i have a lot of pride but i look into what i like about christianity to better myself. god's capabilities and histories is very well respected on this site of course so please have fun and learn for i hope you do.
