  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi there, everyone. Just thought I would tell you guys a bit about me. I joined CF several years ago but I recently decided to start being more active. I am currently single and plan to stay that way as most of the boyfriends I've had only wanted to talk about sexual stuff which makes me uncomfortable. I love all genres of music including country, pop and Christian music. I am currently living with my parents due to my disability. I am legally blind as well as visually and hearing impaired. I suffer from bipolar disorder, anxiety and depression. I also live with my two younger sisters and our three cats. If there is something I haven't covered in this thread, feel free to ask. I enjoy meeting new people, especially good Catholics/Christians who share similar interests as me.

Glad to be back after joining way back in 2011.
I hope I can help to revive the music forums as most of the topics are so old that no one replies to them. This is very true with both the Christian Music forum and the Praise And Worship Music forum as well.
