Some of my likes are,of course Christianity also soccer,football,books,cd's,movies,darts and checkers,coffee shops and parks.I live in Canada near Vancouver,B.C.,.Grade 12 education and employed full time.Three favourite Canadian musicians/singers are:1-The Northern Pikes, 2-Melanie Doane and 3-Paul Brandt. Five favourite Biblical reads are:1-Gospel of John, 2-Acts, 3-Romans, 4-Psalms and 5-Proverbs from the King James Bible. Is a informative and interesting website the Christian Forums.Thanks!-bjessy.-

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi! I am also new. It seems we have a few of the same interests. I love to read (and write), I do like my music, and I love to play checkers and darts. I live in Colorado USA, I am 15, and I homeschool. Nice to meet you!
