i've been here a couple of days, but thought i'd drop a bit of background.
my name is steven sivley. i'm 18, and i've been obsessed with japan since i moved there in 1998.
my typing fluctuates between proper capitalisation and improper, and my spelling between american and other-english-speaking-nations.
i am married to a canadian, and spend time back and forth between there and my current home in new york state.
my dad's in the army, so i have lived all over america. i was born in alabama, and have sworn off my redneck past and have made better of myself. not to say alabama is full of rednecks, only full of people who do not want to change their own selves.
i am not an anime/manga fan, although i spend most of my time in that forum. i'm just a fan of certain stories that take that medium. what i mean is, i'm not going to watch something just because it's anime. if it's a good story, then great.
my screenname is severely misspelled, as i wrote it at something like 4 in the morning. it should be onozaki.
