I can't remember whether I posted an intro before; it's been a long time since I posted here.

I'm a 39 y/o woman from South Africa. I live in a small town with my boyfriend of nine months. We eventually want to get married, but money is tight and there are other complications.

I struggle with depression, but I'm taking medication and leaning heavily on God for guidance. I'm an extremely introverted person who finds it easier to make friends online that I have common interests with, particularly fellow Christians.

My hope is to find true friendship and fellowship here. To be guided in my issues with depression and a sense of abandonment.

In this coming week I'll be blessed with a brand-new laptop and I have been offered a typing job. I pray that the Lord remains with me overall and continues to walk with myself and my partner, who has not had an easy life and still faces many struggles of his own.
