well i got soemthing to say on this and would like to other people point of view
i say
NO WAY music (the sound) cant make it satanic, the words and the meaning behind the song are wat makes it satanic

You are most likely going to get a slew of posts that point out that all rock music, regardless of the genre (soft, pop, hard) is evil, simply because the accent is not on the first beat. Never understood that thinking, most likely never will. I am not, and most likely never will be a fan of most hard rock, but to be honest, my daughter has me listening to Switchfoot, and yes, I like the song "Meant To Live."

Amen! But I have used these verses before in a Yahoo Christian music discussion group, and the reply you get is that this is Old Testament and does not apply to the Christian church. No matter that nowhere is there anything said that they no longer praised using these instruments; no matter that almost every person who opposes these instruments in modern worship have no probem using the "worldly" organ in services.

What it boils down to is what you are comfortable with. If one is not comfortable using instruments other than piano and organ, fine! Do not use them. On the other hand, if you feel they glorify the Lord-use them!
