Hear a voice. Pls answer

I have a fear on hearing a voice that say to me not to do somethings I really want to do. Actually, I always got sleep paralysis and hearing voices during I have sleep paralysis. And I think that I hear a voice said Not do.............. orelse I will be condemn. It actually arrange as same as what I have fear and have thought in my mind. Do you think I need to worried? Do I need to follow it? I worried about it and just feel so bad.

It is not normal to hear voices. Not having healthy sleep might be the problem.
Focus on getting your sleeping problem solved. Don't worry about the voices.
Work on your sleeping health. This might fix the voices.

Ask around and find experienced people to help.

There is a form of OCD where they hear voices. And it seems to confuse things ( understandably so) and most often is a condemning voice. That's the nature of OCD anyway to be condemned. But there is medication for this and despite that some folks think it doesn't help them it really does because we can see the response in them right here in the forums. They generally improve on meds..... If you don't have a doctor, get one. And if you have one, go see him/her.

What bothers me about OCD from a spiritual perspective is I see this condemning trend against their Christianity, directly against it. It's as though there is a spirit behind that illness.

When I was 22 I had been drinking heavily and was in trouble. I turned to God in prayer. I read Proverbs 7. I got sober. A voice in my mind kept telling me, “You must never have another cigarette as long as you live.” It was a female voice. I thought it was an angel. I do not smoke anymore. Some ideas or voices I got were not God. If I am watching TV, I hear what is on TV, not thinking about imaginary voices. I heard the sound of my breathing. Not having imaginary conversations.

Thanks for all reply. For your information, I got depression and Ocd. I always got sleep paralysis and hearing voices for a year.

Grace, the angels of God and the angels of satan are fighting for your soul! You can do something for it. I do hear a voice before too, and the spirit who wanted to kill me say " i will die" but by the grace and power of God I am alive, and rescued, protected by the Lord. I have a lot of experienced of supernatural thing. When people tells you , you are sick! That is not true, you are sick because of demons! The HEBREW NAME OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST IS YESHUA HAMASHIACH, YESHUA/JESUS, HAMASHIACH MEANS CHRIST, USED THAT NAME IT IS VERY POWERFUL!

BELIEVE WHAT I SAY BECAUSE THIS IS REAL AND 100% TRUE!

Do you think I need to follow the voices I hear. If it spiritual thing, how do I knows it from God or satan? I just get so worried.

you are in spiritual battle Grace trust me, I've been there. First I wanna know what thing you wanna do that the voice hinder/stop you.

For my background information, I have transfer to new school and I didn't so happy with it. For alot of reasons and especially it's a boarding school. So I want to take a Ged exam to get the diploma instead of studying in school. And the voices stop me from taking Ged exam.

If you got a diploma that is for what?

It a year 12 diploma. If I got it, I can enter university directly and don't need to studying in school anymore.

Actually, at first there have only few reply. So I prayed to God for someone to reply me. And only after a minutes, there were so much replys. I so worried. Do you think I should follow the voices or not?

It would be better not to consider what they say. Consult with local experts.
There are experienced people locally who can help you. Seek them out.

And it seems like all the people that became successful in their battle, trusted in the finish work of Christ. It's hard because you feel like you're not saved because of what's happening to you.

Cult people sir know about that, they are very experts on that! Because they carry curses whoever is close to God, and that God has a plan for. Just like what happened to me, when they said I have an illness or cannot sleep, their medication did not cure me. Do you know sir WHO CURE ME? MY LORD JESUS CHRIST, He spoke to me several times, and that's when I got healed. And I think that you need to experience that OCD SIR so that you will know and you can speak some advice! to anyone who are currently having it. Well, it will eventually come! You are an in support sir, You should know how and what to support with those people who are trapped in anxiety and OCD.

There are experienced people locally who can help you too.
Seek them out.

If you're doing something bad and the voice is warning you of condemnation if you continue to do it, then you should take it seriously and stop doing it.
If you're doing something good and the voice is telling you to stop, then you can command the voice to depart in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and it must obey you and leave.
Every evil spirit is subject to the power of Christ, He is their Master so the have no choice but to obey.

Thanks for your reply. But can you explain me those phrases alittle bit more please.

I try to make hearing and seeing what is outside my body more important than thinking about bad thoughts and imaginations inside my head. When I prayed for things to do, sometimes I got ideas for things to do. These were good thoughts.

I didn't take any medicine. Before I start hearing this voice, I have go to doctor once. So I haven't told her about this. Actually, she gaves me fluoxetine20mg.,but I didn't eat it Because I lived in boarding school and don't want my freinds to knows about my mental health problem and also its' side effect are quiet scary.
