The sex life must be fun.

One of my sisters friends gave someone cancer having sex with them. I didn't even know that was possible, the turd still has an active sex life and I have zilch.

He was even convicted on child porn charges.

Definitely, but that's not very helpful after the fact when the issue isn't really the sex as much as it is the herpes

Exactly my point. There is nothing really to give a Christian perspective on. THe deed is done. THe bible dosnt tell you how to treat herpes.

So this statement by the OP that her friend wants a Christian perspective is a bit late.

Everyone fails at being a Christian in more than name only most days, it's just a matter of how obviously they do so, how honest they are about it and whether their 'failings' are used to improve themselves. Or at least they fail in being what people expect them to be which is then translated into not being what they say they are, or something.

It's probably safe to say that *all* Christians are Christian in name only according to someone else.
