Slanderers
1Cor 6:9,10 "...nor slanderers... will inherit the kingdom of God."
These are they who characteristically bear false witness against their neighbor. Their either fabricate events or misconstrue what their neighbor said. Paul was subjected to such slander. "And why not say, "Let us do evil that good may come"? ——as we are slanderously reported and as some affirm that we say. Their condemnation is just." Rom 3:8 And Jesus was subject to slanderers throughout his ministry to his death. It's a form of persecution all Christians should expect if they are following Jesus.
Such people are typically contentious or quarrelsome. The Greek word used in 1Cor 6:10 is used twice in the LXX as follows.
Pr 26:21 As charcoal to embers and as wood to fire, so is a quarrelsome man for kindling strife.
Pr 27:15 A quarrelsome wife is like a constant dripping on a rainy day
