The Holy Spirit is specific in order and tact.
He leads me to reach out to hurting spirits.
I am obedient in this, but I also know of
human nature with the spirit within.

Although He allows me to see much spiritually.
In the words of believers,I understand
they still have the "choice".
I have asked myself this question many times.

Why, when God offers healing of the heart,
does the believer say "no not yet"?
I understand a form of punishment unique to
the human psyche?
God must have considered this, when He created us?

Nothing, and I mean nothing gets by my God,
that doesn't have purpose and light.
Therefore, the freewill comes into play with us
at all times.

There are times, that we will choose
to say no to our God,simply because
of the flesh we live in?
We do this out of fear, out of selfishness, whatever.
We don't wish to go there with our God, no matter the blessing?

Why, is this so of all of us?
We simply were made with emotions,
because I believe God is emotional .
How does one love without emotions?

We choose at times to have a pity-party,
living in the bubble of self-punishment.
Now, this is not his will, but he made the mechanism
to use within us.
Maybe a safety valve? a step back ,taking a rest?

But we love the misery of our own company?
We will listen to no one, either for,or against our God?
We wish only to wallow in it all, with ourselves.
It seems a method of self-punishment,
which we enjoy doing to ourselves.

It is a given, sometime in our christian lives.
It may be a result of frustration, within ourselves, with God?
I really feel it is a phase of between no-growth,
and victory in ones spiritual walk.
It does disappear in time, when you reach wellness in Christ.
But, we miss much of a spiritual nature in the meantime.

Whatever it is , God has made allowance for it.
For eventually we come out of it,
only much slower than we could have,
if we would have given it up sooner,
this thing called self-pity.

"What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee."
Psalms56:3

"But without faith it is impossible to please him:
for he that cometh to God must believe that he is,
and that he is a rewarder of them that
diligently seek him." Hebrews 11:6

"But it is good for me to draw near to God:
I have put my trust in the Lord God, that I may
declare all thy works." Psalms 73:28
