This can be in some situations a good thing to do for awhile at least until you get your footing back and make sure that you are in Christ.
With all of those horrible things technology does nowadays, technology can also be used for good (and God does that very thing).
There are lots of preachers on Youtube these days, and anytime you need a sermon, you only need to look up your favorite preacher and get a sermon anytime you need one.
You just need to be careful as to who you listen to, and as always, make sure Christ as at the very center of their teaching; anybody that teaches you anything other than being in Christ is most likely apostasy. I'm sure a few internet searches can tell you who are the better ones.
I can name a few off the top of my head: David Wilkerson was the one responsible for starting a powerful church in NYC; it is non-demoninational. John MacArthur is another good pastor, though you might want to beware that he is a Calvinist (I am not bashing Calvanism, I am merely saying this in case you yourself don't believe in it), but most of his sermons are of sound doctrine.
I've also found John Piper, I've read somewhere that he has some stuff in common with Mr. MacArthur, and I find that his constant raising and lowering of his voice can make it difficult to listen to him but overall the couple sermons I've heard of his thusfar appear to be sound.
That said, perhaps studying alone is a good thing to try at least for awhile. That way you can push out all the stuff that's distracting you, and focus on God and Christ.
Another awesome thing about using Youtube to find sermons, is you can find sermons about particular stuff that you're curious about, or stuff you need clarification on. It is almost like being able to ask the local pastor to preach about something in particular, lol.
