Thank you everybody! I hope you all had as great a Christmas as I did. Twelve people were in the house from four families (including mine) and we feasted upon a 60lbs. smoked pig
It was my 21st birthday
We bought it from an old fashioned butcher shop already cooked, smoked and everything. It still had its head, but slightly resembled a few relatives of mine60 lbs of smoked pig is right up my alley! I must say, you need a healthy sized smoker to do that much meat! The most I have gotten in my smoker at one time is (2) 12 lb hams and 10 lbs of sausage.
