Halo on Legendary?

I was wondering how many of you guys have actually beaten Halo on Legendary, I mean every level, the whole way through.

I personally have beaten Pillar of Autumn, Halo, Truth and Reconciliation, and The Maw(Hilarious ending...."Gimme that"...."This is it baby, hold me.").

How about you guys?

So you've beaten all four of those levels on legendary? Wow! I can't even compare to that. I'm stuck on the Library. *it's to scarey* and I have no ammo.

Oh yeah! The Library is tough the first time, it is easy to get lost, huh? Oh and I hate Flood! The only positive thing about them is that they carry human weapons. I hope that only Covenant are on Halo 2.

The Flood is the level before the library right? I haven't played it in a while. Yeah so when does Halo2 come out? Isn't it supposed to come out in like November or something?

I have beaten every level in Halo in every difficulty, and i have watched the funny ending many many time. The Library is the hardest one, and also the best one to build up some awesome skills, because you have to learn how to survive when you shouldn't be able to.
I used to be elite at Halo, but since i quit playing it hardly any, my skills ahve degraded down to Intermediate sadly...i can still whoop anyone i know, but i'm not as good as i once was.

Def. an awesome game....i have never played one game so much in my life!

Yeah, I am pretty sure that it is Nov. 9. The most anticipated game ever, can you imagine the lines? I wouldn't to be working at a toy/video game store then.

Just use the plasma pistol. It's by far the best weapon to use on them. Just use it rapidly, it just mows them down.

My brother and I managed to beat every level on legendary except the one where you first encounter the flood and the last level. It was VERY hard to even get that far.

I just preordered Halo 2 today. yaaa.. can't wait.

Anyways.. No I haven't beat the game on Legendary. Me and another guy did start but the guy was not a very good player so it was usually just me. We beat a couple levels, but decided online was much better.

My brother and I got very far on a pretty good strategy. He would suicidally rush into combat, blasting away frantically, and as he inevitably gets close to death, he would go kamakaze with a series of grenades, taking out as many enemies as possible. It was my duty to provide some support fire when it wouldn't endanger my life (preferably with a sniper rifle), and to run as fast as possible away from combat when my brother needed to respawn.

This strategy can get tedious for the second player, but it eventually whittles down enemy forces. Also, it's impossible to do this in some areas, like the one in which the Master Chief kills his infected captain and convenant forces rush the room.

the library was a hard level, even on normal. it (and the maw) are the only level i can't beat on legendary. Even when me and my bro are playing co-op, we still can beat em, and we're both pretty good too.

An easy way to kill Elites is to charge up a Plasma Pistol, then when you see one fire it at them and throw a plasma grenade right after. They'll get stunned after getting zapped then the grenade bonds to them, and will kill them. Just don't be too close when it goes off

ehhh...say again? You mean the pistols are actually good weapons? ROFL I never picked up plasma pistols and almost never used the human pistol. Guess I will try actually using them next time through. hmmmm...where's that Halo disk?...

The plasma pistols still pretty much stink, but the human pistol may be the best waepon in the game.

pshh...I didn't realize what the date was. My sister came home and said that Halo2 was at wal-mart. I'll have to get when I get my next pay check.
